In the first part you’re using the verb To be.. so, you must use it in the second part too.. “Valen is so beautiful so is her heart” .. anyway this phrase is quiet strange.. the heart of Valen is part of her.. this is why.. you can say instead: “Valen is as beautiful as her heart”.. or “Valen’s heart is as sweet as her” or “Valen is so beautiful like/as her heart”…..

in the exepsions u r missing: Will, Must
